Dr. Carlos F. Torres joined TUFFP/TUHOP as a Post-Doctoral Research Associate. Carlos received a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering and M.S. degree in Engineering Applied Mathematics from Universidad de Los Andes, Venezuela. He received a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Tulsa. Welcome aboard, Carlos!
